For the fifth time, Valley Children’s Healthcare has secured a place on Becker’s Healthcare’s prestigious list of top places to work in the healthcare industry.

Becker’s is a leading platform providing business, legal and industry news for U.S. healthcare leaders. Valley Children’s was one of 165 included in the selection for 2026.

This recognition reflects something we work hard to protect every day — a culture where people feel valued, supported and connected to a shared purpose,” said Todd Suntrapak, president and CEO of Valley Children’s Healthcare.

When talented doctors and staff come together around a mission to serve children and families, it creates an environment where both our people and patients can thrive. Being named a Top Place to Work in Healthcare is a meaningful reflection of the dedication and heart our team brings to Valley Children’s every day.

The list is based on nominations and editorial research by the Becker’s team and organizations cannot pay for inclusion on the list. Additionally, the team assessed rankings and awards from reputable organizations such as Forbes, Newsweek, Great Place to Work and more.

Becker’s highlighted Valley Children’s strong values, deep community roots and culture shaped by more than 70 years of compassionate, high-quality care.

Every achievement at Valley Children’s is made possible because of the incredible people who choose to work here,” said Kelly Beall, senior vice president and chief people officer.

This recognition reflects the strength of our team and our culture — one built on care, collaboration and a shared mission to make a difference for kids and families every day.

They noted consistently strong engagement results – with 88 percent of employees expressing pride in working for Valley Children’s — and robust benefits.

Becker’s also recognized the organization’s focus on equity, education and intentional workforce development, along with strong retention and internal mobility that continue to surpass national benchmarks.

The announcement follows the release of strong patient safety data by Valley Children’s and continued national praise for the organization from The Leapfrog Group and U.S. News & World Report.
