Editor,
I had the privilege of working with Frank Bigelow when he was an assembly member. For several years I served as his key contact and liaison for the California Association of Realtors.
In that role, I regularly brought forward issues affecting the real estate industry and sought his support on matters ranging from property rights and landlord-tenant legislation to taxation and other policies impacting housing and homeownership.
Frank consistently listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions and provided considered responses. When additional information was needed, he took the time to study the issue thoroughly before making a decision.
His approach has always reflected a genuine commitment to understanding the complexities of public policy and its impact on the people he represents. At the state level, Frank has been a strong supporter of the real estate industry and a steadfast advocate for homeownership.
He understands that overly restrictive regulations can place a significant strain on the housing market and limit opportunities for families seeking to own a home. He believes in the principles of a fair and free market while maintaining a balanced perspective on responsible governance.
Frank leads with common sense, integrity and a clear commitment to doing what is right. His decisions are guided by careful research and the best interests of his constituents — not favoritism or political convenience.
If a proposal benefits the people he serves, he supports it; if it does not, he will not. His leadership style is direct, practical and results oriented. Frank’s no-nonsense approach ensures that issues are addressed thoughtfully and effectively.
He brings the experience, judgment and leadership necessary to move important initiatives forward and get things done the right way. He is what Madera County needs right now. I wholeheartedly support Frank Bigelow For District 5 Supervisor.
