Editor,
Soon, the June primary will be upon us and we will have a chance to decide if Tom McClintock deserves to continue being our representative in DC.
He has shown himself to be unreliable in his convictions this past term.
But there is hope! Another candidate is on the ballot who has the right credentials to offer this district a breath of fresh air.
His name is Michael Masuda. His background is in engineering and he has also worked for the Department of State.
His priorities will be mitigating wildfire danger, increasing access to affordable healthcare, investing in education and training and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to find a job that pays a living wage.
All essential to making District 5 a successful county in a state that is the fourth largest economy in the world!
Isn’t it time for a change?
