A free community health screening is coming in April.
Sponsored by Shantikunj of North America, the event will be held on Saturday, April 18 at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds. It will be from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The free screenings, open to all people, will include blood pressure, blood glucose, A1c and lipid panel and PEFR, or Peak Expiratory Flow Rate.
There will also be a presentation by Dr. Balu Gadhe.
Pre-registration is required and needs to be completed by April 11. Email healthfairsona@gmail.com to register and for more information.
A free breakfast will be served to those who pre-register.
