JAIL BOOKING REPORT
Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 27 – Robert Charles Owen, 61, Mariposa, was arrested for disorderly conduct involving alcohol. • Andrew Alexander Garibaldi, 23, Sylmar, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher in Yosemite National Park.
April 28 – Cory Taylor Ball, 22, Manifee, was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance in Yosemite National Park.

May 1 – Candy Renee Rickard, 69, Coulterville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. • Storey Dawn Hernandez, 47, La Grange, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. • Randall Keith Blick, 47, Coulterville, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. • Daizhon
Daniel Mays, 28, Mariposa, was arrested for corporal injury to a spouse. • Nicholas Shaun Quinn, 35, Mariposa, was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher. • Mark Allen Hofius, 66, Coulterville, was arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.
May 2 – Ocean Bryant Burger, 23, Mariposa, was arrested for battery and violation of parole. • Nicholas Andrew Drogowski, 43, Coulterville, was arrested for causing injury to a dependent adult and cruelty to a dependent adult.
May 3 – Gary Allen Speck, 31, Elko, Nev., was arrested for disorderly conduct involving alcohol.
SHERIFF’S REPORT
April 27 – A welfare check was requested on Pilot Peak Road in Ponderosa Basin. • A fire occurred on Alta Vista Road in Mariposa. • Petty theft was reported on Coakley Circle in Mariposa. • An ambulance was requested on Quail Ridge Drive in Bootjack. • Harassment was reported on Oliver Creek Road in Ponderosa Basin.
April 28 – A violation of a court order occurred on Jones Street in Mariposa. • Unsafe shooting was reported on Fiske Road in Greeley
Hill. • An animal was reported on East Whitlock Road in Midpines. • A burglary was reported on White Rock Road in Catheys Valley.
April 29 – Sexual assault was reported on Millbrow Lane in Greeley Hill. • A violation of a court order occurred on Highway 49 North in Mariposa. • Suspicious circumstances were reported on Highway 49 North in Mariposa. • Someone disturbed the peace on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa. • Trespassing occurred on 9th Street in Mariposa.
April 30 – A welfare check occurred on Lakeside Road in Midpines. • Trespassing was reported on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa. • Someone disturbed the peace on Laredo Street in Don Pedro. • A fire was reported on Ben Hur and Buckeye in Mariposa.
May 1 – A house check occurred on Jones Street in Mariposa. • A burglar alarm was reported on Hospital Road in Mariposa. • A fire was reported on Allred Road in Bootjack. • A welfare check was requested on Jalapa Way in Don Pedro. • Reckless driving occurred in the Greeley Hill area.
May 2 – Suspicious circumstances were reported on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • A welfare check was requested on Guadalupe Fire Road in Catheys Valley. • Harassment occurred on Highway 140 in Midpines. • Vandalism was reported on Lake McClure Road in Don Pedro. • An ambulance was requested on Highway 49 North in Mariposa.
May 3 – Trespassing was reported on Bear Clover Lane in Mariposa. • A welfare check was requested on Amelia Drive in Bootjack. • An animal was reported on Bullion Street in Mariposa. • Someone disturbed the peace on French Camp Road in Mariposa.
