The Cousin Jack Music Foundation Scholarship recipient this year is Xavier Dacanay. This scholarship has been granted annually since 2004 to a Mariposa County High School graduate pursuing music studies. It honors the legacy of “Cousin Jack” Franklin by supporting local students involved in music programs.
