Sheriff’s group to host event on Sept. 27 at Jerseydale Ranch

The Mariposa County Sheriff’s Foundation will be hosting a “Community Round Up” this month.

The event will feature a day of community, connection and support for the sheriff’s office.

It will be on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jerseydale Ranch, located at 6584 Jerseydale Road.

There will be free hamburgers served (while supplies last), activities for all ages as well as a K9 demonstration by the sheriff’s office.

Members of the foundation board of directors will be on hand to answer any questions from the public. They will also discuss how the foundation helps support the sheriff’s office.

“Together, building a safer Mariposa County,” is the theme of the event.
