JAIL BOOKING REPORT
Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
June 8 – Booking report not available.
June 9 – Zachary Ryan Middleton, 39, Modesto, was arrested for driving under a suspended license due to driving under the influence.
June 10 – Kaleb Shane Kimbro, 24, Mariposa, was arrested for disorderly conduct involving drugs. • Charles Leigh Williams, 25, Coulterville, was arrested for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger, violating a protective order, battery and trespassing and refusing to leave private property. • Ricky Lee Loftis, 36, Mariposa, was arrested for corporal injury to a spouse and damage of a power line. • Fabian Perez, 29, Pico Rivera, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence in Yosemite National Park.
June 11 – Travis Justin Cuellar, 39, Mariposa, was arrested for flash incarceration. • Jaime Ambrosio Nunez, 46, Livingston, was arrested for false imprisonment with violence, assault with a deadly weapon, corporal injury to a spouse, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, giving false identification to a public officer and driving under a suspended license. • Michael Joseph Beebe, 42, Willits, was arrested for child abuse, interfering with a government agency, unsafe driving on federal land and operating a vehicle while under the influence in Yosemite National Park.
June 12 – Patrick Jeffrey Murphy, 56, Mammoth, was arrested for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. • Sage Xavier Stewart, 20, Mariposa, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. • Brandon Leigh Fairchilds, 37, Mariposa, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and receiving known stolen property. • Allen Melvin Gomes, 31, Hornitos, was arrested for false imprisonment with violence. • George Medina, 39, Atwater, was arrested for vandalism.
June 13 – Robert Charles Owen, 61, Mariposa, was arrested for shoplifting and disorderly conduct involving alcohol. • Adam Collins, 42, San Leandro, was arrested for driving under a suspended license. • Stacy Lynn Nelson, 39, Pleasanton, was arrested for grand theft. • Jesse Joseph Dore, 40, Fresno, was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol/controlled substance in Yosemite National Park. • David Moreno, 24, Delhi, was arrested for making an illegal turn at a red light, violation of a court order and driving under a suspended license.
June 14 – Gabriel Michael Collins, 32, Mariposa, was arrested for violation of a court order. • Robert Lee Vasquez, 37, Fresno, was arrested for failure to provide insurance, open alcohol container in a motor vehicle and passenger in bed of truck.
SHERIFF’S REPORT
June 8 – A suspicious vehicle was reported on Fairview Street in Fish Camp. • A welfare check was requested on Shoshone Road in Ponderosa Basin. • A fire was reported at the Bagby Recreation Area in Bear Valley. • A scam occurred on Ernst Road in Greeley Hill.
June 9 – A hazard was reported at Highway 140 and School House Road in Catheys Valley. • A repossession occurred on Grillo Drive in Don Pedro. • A stolen vehicle was reported on Triangle Road in Mariposa. • Fraud was reported on Italian Creek Road in Woodland. • Mail theft occurred on Greeley Hill Road in Greeley Hill.
June 10 – A fire occurred on Merced Falls Road in Don Pedro. • Assault/battery was reported on Hospital Road in Mariposa. • Petty theft occurred on Colorado Road in Midpines. • Threats were made on Woodland Drive in Woodland.
June 11 – Someone was a danger to self or others on Highway 132 in Coulterville. • Fraud was reported on Hirsch Road in Woodland. • Vandalism occurred on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Sexual assault occurred on Scott Road in Mariposa.
June 12 – A 911 hangup occurred on Tip Top Road in Woodland. • An ambulance was requested on Carleton Road in Bootjack. • Trespassing was reported on Smith Station Road in Greeley Hill. • A fire was reported at Merced Falls Road and Coronado Drive in Don Pedro.
June 13 – A scam was reported on Fournier Road in Mariposa. • An animal was reported on 7th Street in Mariposa. • Reckless driving occurred on Hites Cove Road in Mariposa. • Someone was driving under the influence on Snelling Road in Mariposa.
June 14 – A fire was reported on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa. • A suspicious person was reported on Fairgrounds Road in Mariposa. • Trespassing occurred on Chowchilla Mountain Road in Ponderosa Basin. • A traffic collision occurred at Highway 49 South and Allred Road in Bootjack.
The above listed calls are actual reports to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office dispatch. These are just a sampling of recent calls, but are in no way all inclusive. The intent of this log is to demonstrate the wide array of issues with which Mariposa County law enforcement must deal with, in addition to investigation of serious crimes and their routine patrol.
