JAIL BOOKING REPORT
Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
May 4 – Yolanda Irene Flores, 34, Atwater, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, evading a peace officer while driving resulting in serious bodily injury/ death, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, petty theft, driving without a license and probation violation.
May 5 – Ryder Christopher Boldroff, 20, Mariposa, was arrested for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 and annoying or molesting a child under the age 18. • Chessie Adam Ayers, 37, Auburn, was arrested for disorderly conduct involving drugs/ alcohol.
May 6 – Mario Alejandro Yanez, 37, Mariposa, was arrested for driving while under the influence, failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, no registration, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance, obstructing a public officer, battery of a spouse, child abuse, driving under a suspended license due to driving under the influence, and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
May 7 – Kristie Marie Martin, 49, Mariposa, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
May 8 – Kim Reiko Kondo, 62, Mariposa, was arrested for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
May 9 – David Michael Green, 35, North Fork, was arrested for vandalism and driving under the influence of alcohol. • Wyatt Zane Hinton, 18, Mariposa, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher. • Erica Marie Hilburn, 40, Turlock, was arrested for disorderly conduct involving alcohol. • Louis Crockett, 24, Coulterville, was arrested for child abuse.
May 10 – Rebecca Ann Eubanks, 22, Mariposa, was arrested for petty theft and trespassing/refusing to leave.
SHERIFF’S REPORT
May 4 – A burglar alarm was reported on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Assault/battery occurred on Jones Street in Mariposa. • Animal cruelty was reported on Rastro Way in Don Pedro. • Someone was a danger to self or others on Tip Top Road in Woodland. • Trespassing occurred on Clouds Rest in Mariposa.
May 5 – Elder/dependent abuse occurred on Indian Peak Road in Woodland. • A welfare check was requested on Sierra Pines Drive in Mariposa. • Suspicious circumstances were reported on Barrett Cove Road in Don Pedro. • A fire occurred on Piney Creek Road in Don Pedro. • Child abuse was reported on Woodland Drive in Woodland.
May 6 – There was an attempt to contact on Whitmore Drive in Ponderosa Basin. • An ambulance was requested on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa. • An animal was reported on CYA Road in Mt. Bullion. • A follow up occurred on Highway 140 in Catheys Valley. • An ambulance was requested on E. Whitfall Road in Ponderosa Basin.
May 7 – A juvenile was refusing to obey on Old Highway North in Mariposa. • A scam was reported on Highway 49 South in Woodland. • Someone was reported missing on Old Highway North in Mariposa. • A violation of a court order occurred on Villarreal Drive in Don Pedro. • Animal cruelty occurred on Ashworth Road in Bootjack.
May 8 – A traffic hazard was reported on Highway 49 North in Bear Valley. • Assault/ battery occurred on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa. • A fire was reported on Leonard Road in Ponderosa Basin. • Fraud occurred on Yosemite Oaks Road in Midpines.
May 9 – A health and safety violation occurred on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • A welfare check was requested on Buckeye Road in Mariposa. • A 911 hang-up occurred on Highway 49 South in Mariposa. • Threats were made at the Lake McSwain Recreation Area in Don Pedro.
May 10 – An ambulance was requested on Highway 140 in El Portal. • Harassment occurred on E. Whitlock Road in Midpines. • A welfare check was requested on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • A traffic collision occurred on Wawona Road in Yosemite.
The above listed calls are actual reports to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office dispatch. These are just a sampling of recent calls, but are in no way all inclusive. The intent of this log is to demonstrate the wide array of issues with which Mariposa County law enforcement must deal with, in addition to investigation of serious crimes and their routine patrol.
