After wiping out Waterford twice in the same week, the Mariposa County Grizzlies varsity baseball team took a short break from league action.

On March 23, the group traveled to Firebaugh to hit the field against the Eagles where the Grizzlies came out on top 7-0.

Reid Allison got on base all four times he stepped up to the plate. He had four stolen bases, two runs and one RBI.

Mason Bissmeyer had two stolen bases, three runs and a triple while Carmine Sandoval smashed his first home run of the season.

Two days later, on March 26, MCHS took it to the Hawks again, this time on Delhi’s home field.
