Gazette owners to speak at meeting this Saturday

The Mariposa Democratic Club will be hosting the fourth in a series of meetings addressing, “The State of the County.

The meeting will be held on April 11 at the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors Chambers at 10 a.m..

Nicole W. Little, owner, president and publisher of the Gazette; and Greg Little, co-owner, vice-president and editor, will share their views of the state of the county from the newspaper’s perspective.

The Mariposa Gazette is California’s oldest continuously published weekly newspaper, operating since 1854 and serving Mariposa County and the Yosemite area.

Each week, the newspaper’s team of local writers report on major stories affecting county government, businesses and the people of Mariposa County, Yosemite and Eastern Madera County.

They have a unique perspective on the issues and challenges facing Mariposa County.

This is an opportunity to learn more about local issues and to ask your questions to the owners of the Mariposa Gazette.
