Mariposa County High School senior Madison Quiggins was recently awarded the Dr. Phillip M. Smith Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to an MCHS senior who embodies Dr. Phil Smith’s dedication to music and has been an outstanding member of the Grizzly Band. Also pictured is band director Grant Thompson.
