Thursday, Nov. 5:
•4 to 6 p.m. Painting supplies and pizza will be provided. For Veterans and their plus one. Registration is required. Call (209) 966-2140 to reserve.

Tuesday, Nov. 10:
•8:45 to 9:30 a.m. Veterans Day Ceremony to pay tribute to those who served in the Armed Forces. Susan Robinson and AI Handy, two of the original founders of the event, will be in attendance.
Address: Mariposa Elementary School, 5044 Jones Street.
•11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Celebration luncheon. Veterans eat for free. For reservations call (209) 742-7182.

Wednesday, Nov. 11:
•4:30 p.m. Free spaghetti dinner prepared by chef Jim Bardini and his crew. All veterans, active duty military, veteran’s widows and widowers, friends and families are all welcome. You don’t have to be a VFW member to attend.
