On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Mariposa County High School junior varsity volleyball team won first place in the Golden Valley Tournament. “It was fun. They worked hard and played as a team,” said head coach Debbie Leonard. Mariposa defeated Buhach Colony to claim the championship.
