Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

May 12 – Chelsea Marie Ledrew, 33, Spring Hill, Fla., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
May 13 – No bookings to report.
May 14 – Nicholas Garrett, 32, Coarsegold, was arrested for bringing drugs/alcohol into a jail/prison and driving under a suspended license. • Tyler Creegan Harris, 46, Mariposa, was arrested for disorderly conduct while under the influence of drugs.
May 15 – John Isaac Barnard, 37, Mariposa, was arrested for obstructing a public officer, driving without a license, refusing to give license to an officer and driving under a suspended license. • William Jody Olson, 48, Mariposa, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, child abuse and driving under suspended license. • Fred Vernon Delgrego, 53, Mariposa, was arrested for driving under a suspended license.
May 16 – Tyler Creegan Harris, 46, Mariposa, was arrested for obstructing a public officer.

SHERIFF’S REPORT
May 11 – A suspicious person was reported on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • Threats were made on Jalisco Way in Don Pedro. • A welfare check occurred on Sierra Drive in Greeley Hill. • A scam was reported on Indian Peak Road in Woodland. • Petty theft occurred on Highway 140 in Mariposa.
May 12 – Trespassing occurred on Old Highway North in Mariposa. • Fraud was reported on Highway 140 in Catheys Valley. • An attempt to contact was made on Whitmore Drive in Ponderosa Basin. • Assault/battery occurred on Leonard Road in Ponderosa Basin. • Vandalism was reported on Rancheria Creek Road in Midpines.
May 13 – Smoke was seen on Highway 132 in Coulterville. • Someone was disturbing the peace on Jessie Street in Mariposa. • An animal was reported on Fournier Road in Mariposa. • Trespassing occurred on Village Drive in Hornitos. • Harassment was reported on Ernst Road in Greeley Hill.
May 14 – A juvenile was refusing to obey on Silva Road in Bootjack. • Violation of a court order occurred on 10th Street in Mariposa. • Petty theft was reported at Smith Road and Hospital Road in Mariposa. • A welfare check was requested on Bullion Street in Mariposa. • Reckless driving was reported at Indian Peak Road and Humbug Creek Drive in Bootjack.
May 15 – Stalking was reported on Spring Court in Bootjack. • Harassment occurred on Greeley Hill Road in Greeley Hill. • An ambulance was requested on Rancheria Flat Road in El Portal. • Fraud was reported on Guadalupe Creek Road in Mariposa. • A suspicious vehicle was reported on Stumpfield Mountain Road in Ponderosa Basin.
May 16 – A burglar alarm was reported on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Someone was a danger to self or others on Woodview Lane in Bootjack. • A health and safety violation occurred on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • A fire was reported on Jalapa Way in Don Pedro. • A disable vehicle was reported at Highway 49 South and Darrah Road in Bootjack.
May 17 – Petty theft was reported on Chowchilla Mountain Road in Ponderosa Basin. • Vandalism occurred on Highway 49 North in Mariposa. • Trespassing occurred on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Suspicious circumstances were reported on Echo Hill Drive in Mariposa. • A traffic hazard was reported at Highway 49 North and CYA Road in Mt. Bullion.
