Today marks the start of ARTober in Oakhurst when the town blessed with a rich arts and culture scene comes even more alive during a month-long celebrations of all things art.

Also known as the Carved Bear Capital of the World which, now is the time to participate in one of the highlights of ARTober — the “Find Art the Bear” town-wide scavenger hunt.

Hidden all over Oakhurst are adorable, collectible little chainsaw-carved hears made by Nate’s Kustom Carving. Just follow the clues on the ARTober Oakhurst Facebook page or @ARToberOakhurst Instagram account to find your very own bear.

The bears will be hidden each day throughout

ARTober so check those social pages daily for updates.
