Free dental services are coming to Mariposa for two days in May.
The free mobile services will be on May 5-6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at Community Health Services, located at 5300 Highway 49 North.
All ages are welcomes, as are walk-ins, though pre-registration is preferred.
The service is being offered by smilecalifornia. org.
Services to be offered at the free event include exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fluoride varnish, restorative services and simple extractions.
In addition, people will be able to connect with a Medi-Cal dental outreach representative and get information about available dental benefits and how to access care.
To pre-register, call (888) 585-3368 and complete the consent form ahead of time.
Agencies involved in providing this service are Smile California, Medi-Cal Dental, Smile Dental Services and the Mariposa County Health and Human Services Agency.
