A world renown author and science writer will be part of a virtual meeting organized by the Mariposa County Library.
Dava Sobel will be part of the free presentation set for Friday, July 31. It will be from 1-2 p.m. at the library.
She will be speaking about her latest books and the poetry column she edits for Scientific American.
No registration is required. The library is located at 4978 10th Street in Mariposa.
