The Mariposa County 4-H program will be the subject of an upcoming town hall meeting.
The University of California Cooperative Extension is inviting Mariposa County 4-H families, volunteers and community members to the event.
It will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors chambers at 5100 Bullion Street.
The meeting will focus on staffing in Mariposa County, including the recently approved UC contract for the county 4-H staff position.
Officials are asking people to bring their questions and thoughts. Staff will explain what the change means for the local 4-H program.
For questions and information, call the office at (209) 966-2417 or email mariposa4h@uncanr.edu.
