Upcoming EMT, CPR and First Aid classes scheduled at Adult School

The Mariposa County Adult School has many new classes starting soon for individuals 18 and older.

EMT, CPR and First Aid classes are available through December.

Students for the EMT classes must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

EMT mandatory orientation will take place Dec. 3 or Dec. 10 from 5-6 p.m. with a January 2026 start date.

Heartsaver (community level) First Aid and CPR class options are:

• Oct. 29 and Oct. 30 from 4-8 p.m.

• Nov. 11 and Nov 18 from 4-8 p.m.

• Dec. 1 and Dec. 8 from 4-8 p.m.

EMT refresher class options include:

• Nov. 3, 10 and 17 from 5-9 p.m. (online)

• Nov. 5, 12 and 19 from 5-9 p.m. (online)

• Nov. 18 from 9-5 p.m. (in person)

BLS CPR for healthcare providers:

• Dec. 15 or Dec. 16 from 4-8 p.m.

Class size is limited and enrollment is on a first come first serve basis.
