JAIL BOOKING REPORT
Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 2 – No bookings to report.
March 3 – Aleksander Galkin, 46, Mariposa, was arrested for kidnapping, corporal injury to a spouse, obstructing a public officer, child abuse and threatening crime with intent to terrorize. • Keith Frank Peterson, 63, Stockton, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with priors and mail theft.
March 4 – No bookings to report.
March 5 – Kenya Arline Lozano, 19, Catheys Valley, was arrested for conspiracy to commit crime, corporal injury to a spouse, assault and battery. • Lilia Lozano, 42, Catheys Valley, was arrested for conspiracy to commit crime, assault with a deadly weapon and assault and battery. • Emiliano Valencia Garcia, 39, Mariposa, was arrested for conspiracy to commit crime, assault with a deadly weapon, assault and battery.
March 6 – Valerie Ann Handcock, 40, Stockton, was arrested for driving or parking an expired or unregistered vehicle and driving without a license. • Adrian Alexander Garcia, 24, Stockton, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. • Jacob Daniel Lacurtis, 32, Livermore, was arrested for false impersonation, violation of a protective order, corporal injury to a spouse, violation of a domestic violence court order, driving under a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol. • Alex James Maine, 26, Mariposa, was arrested for threatening crime with intent to terrorize. • Robert Edward Puig, 55, Mariposa, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, causing injury to a dependent adult, possession of a controlled substance, threatening crime with intent to terrorize and vandalism. • Candy Lynn Smith, 48, Mariposa, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance, smuggling a controlled substance into jail/ prison, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under a suspended license, driving under the influence and forging/altering vehicle registration. • Tammy Elizabeth Riley, 63, Mariposa, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and causing injury to a dependent adult. • Jeanne Macias
Mendoza, 51, Mariposa, was arrested for fraudulent possession of personal identifying information of another person, false checks and identity theft. • Alexander Arthur Aguilar, 35, Merced, was arrested for obstructing a public officer, refusing to leave school property when asked and disorderly conduct. • Henderson Marshall Glover, 52, Mariposa, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, threatening crime with intent to terrorize and brandishing an imitation firearm. • Lorri Velasco, 60, Mariposa, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
March 7 – Gordon Charles Lewis, 44, Mariposa, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

SHERIFF’S REPORT
March 2 – Fraud was reported on Plumbar Creek Road in Midpines. • Threats were made on Highway 49 in Mariposa. • A domestic disturbance was reported on Villarreal Drive in Don Pedro. • A runaway was reported on Scott Road in Mariposa.
March 3 – An ambulance was requested on Saint Andrews Road in Mariposa. • A domestic disturbance occurred on Silva Road in Bootjack. • An animal was reported on Jalapa Way in Don Pedro. • A fire was reported on Highway 49 North in Mariposa.
March 4 – A fire was reported in Fish Camp. • A violation of a court order occurred in Mariposa. • A juvenile refusing to obey occurred in Mariposa. • An ambulance was requested in Greeley Hill. • A suspicious person was reported in Mariposa.
March 5 – A welfare check was requested on Carolina Drive in Mariposa. • • Sexual assault was reported on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Vandalism occurred on Scott Road in Jerseydale. • Threats were reported on Hornitos Road in Catheys Valley.
March 6 – A 911 misdial occurred in Ponderosa Basin. • A violation of a court order occurred in Mariposa. • Trespassing was reported in Midpines. • A suspicious vehicle was reported in Don Pedro. • Reckless driving occurred in Catheys Valley.
March 7 – A runaway was reported on Owl Creek Road in Bootjack. • A burglar alarm was reported on Millbrow Lane in Greeley Hill. • Harrassing by electronic communication occurred on Pegleg Road in Bootjack. • A welfare check was requested on Greeley Hill Road in Greeley Hill. • Repossession occurred on Enramada Drive in Don Pedro.
