JAIL BOOKING REPORT

Here are some of the highlights from the recent booking reports at the Mariposa County Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 2 – Dylen Lee Neal, 24, Mariposa, was arrested for kidnapping, corporal injury to a spouse and damaging a wireless communication device.

Feb. 3 – No bookings to report.

Feb. 4 – Isaiah Micheal Forney, 28, Oakhurst, was arrested for domestic battery and vandalism.

Feb. 5 – Katherine Leslie Page, 51, Mariposa, was arrested for unpermitted camping on public property, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing a public officer.

Feb. 6 – Caleb Micah Tedrow, 26, Madera, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs. • David Allan Rodriguez, 31, Mariposa, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. • Terrance Ray Gamble, 66, Mariposa, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit crime. • Danny Leon Boldroff, 59, Mariposa, was arrested for exceeding 55 miles per hour speed limit on a two-lane road and driving under a suspended license due to alcohol.

Feb. 7 – Steven Allan Lovejoy, 65, Mariposa, was arrested for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving while addicted to drugs and driving under the influence.

Feb. 8 – No bookings to report.

SHERIFF’S REPORT

Feb. 2 – A runaway was reported on Meadow Lane in Lushmeadows. • Someone was disturbing the peace on 10th Street in Mariposa. • A burglar alarm occurred on Royal Arches in Lushmeadows. • Grand theft was reported on Ramblin Road in Bootjack. • An ambulance was requested on Darrah Road in Bootjack.

Feb. 3 – A welfare check was requested on Usona Road in Woodland. • Trespassing was reported on 10th Street in Mariposa. • A juvenile refusing to obey was reported on Woodland Drive in Woodland. • A juvenile was in violation of the law on Jones Street in Mariposa. • An animal was reported in Don Pedro.

Feb. 4 – A suspicious vehicle was reported on Live Oak Road in Mariposa. • A vehicle check occurred in Mariposa. • Threats were made on 10th Street in Mariposa. • Trespassing was reported on Carleton Road in Bootjack. • A house check was requested on Joe Howard Street in Mariposa.

Feb. 5 – A 911 hangup occurred on Harris Cut-off Road in Ponderosa Basin. • Identity theft was reported on Old Toll Road in Mt. Bullion. • A traffic stop occurred on Highway 49 North in Mt. Bullion. • A domestic disturbance was reported on Colorado Road in Midpines. • A burglary occurred on Highway 49 North in Mt. Bullion.

Feb. 6 – An animal was reported on Silver Bar Road in Mariposa. • A subject check occurred on Smith Road and Hospital Road in Mariposa. • An ambulance was requested on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Vandalism occurred on Highway 49 in Bear Valley. • Child abuse was reported on Highway 49 North in Bear Valley.

Feb. 7 – Unsafe shooting occurred on Yellow Pine Hill Drive in Bootjack. • Vandalism was reported on Silver Lane Road in Bootjack. • Trespassing occurred on Highway 140 in Mariposa. • Someone was disturbing the peace on Highway 49 North in Mt. Bullion. • A traffic stop occurred on West Whitlock Road in Mt. Bullion.

Feb. 8 – A fire occurred on School Lane in Mt. Bullion. • Suspicious circumstances were reported on Sherrod Road in Bootjack. • A burglar alarm was reported on Cole Road in Bootjack. • Someone was a danger to themselves or others on St. Andrews Road in Mariposa. • Grand theft occurred on Highway 140 in Midpines.

The above listed calls are actual reports to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office dispatch. These are just a sampling of recent calls, but are in no way all inclusive. The intent of this log is to demonstrate the wide array of issues with which Mariposa County law enforcement must deal with, in addition to investigation of serious crimes and their routine patrol.
