Mildred “Mickey” Lois Hudson (Clark)passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Savannah, Ga., on Feb. 2, 2026.
She was born on July 5, 1930, to Letha Bell and Roy Harris at their home in SouthMayd, Texas, and was 95.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Letha Bell Harris; husbands, Carroll Clark, Johnny Walker and Bill Hudson; her brothers, Gene and Hank Harris, her sisters, Frances Harris, Helen Spriggs and Edie Harris; her son, Johnny Clark; and her grandson Benjamin Dean.
She was the oldest sibling out of six.
Mickey is survived by her children Linda Kelly (Reno, Nev.), Keith Clark (Sierra Village, Calif.), Tom Clark (Mariposa,), Donna Dean (Roseville, Calif.) and Francie Richardson (Savannah, Ga.). Mickey is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Mickey was an avid knitter and seamstress and she enjoyed reading. She also enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She loved Tenaya Lake and Tuolumne Meadows. She enjoyed playing card games of all sorts.
Mickey’s celebration of life will be held at the home of Tom and Mo Clark, 5608 Harris Cut Off Road on Mariposa It will be on May 2, 2026, at 2 p.m. The family asks people to RSVP by April 15, 2026, as they can accommodate everyone at their home.
