On Jan. 28, the Mariposa County Unified School District’s Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) met to receive the independent auditor’s 2024-2025 Annual Bond Measure L Financial Statements and Performance Audit ending on June 30, 2025 on the use of Measure L Bond funds.
CBOC is pleased to inform the citizens of Mariposa County that the auditor reported there were no financial statements or performance evaluations findings.
In other words, there were no problems with how the money was being spent.
The 2024-2025 beginning fund balance was $3,353,743 million and the ending fund balance as of June 30, 2025 was $1,801,428 which reflects $162,120 in interest and investment income and $1,714,434 million in total expenditures for the audit period.

CBOC continues to meet and review Measure L Bond funds on a regular basis. The purpose of CBOC is to ensure the funds spent reflect the taxpayer’s intent in supporting the passage of the Measure L Bond.
