It has been my pleasure to have known Lisa Edelheit for over 30 years. We met when I first started to work at Mariposa County Social Services (now part of Human Services) in 1989.
Lisa was our union representative. Since that time, I have observed Lisa in many different roles.
I have found her to be informed, compassionate and always professional. Her negotiating skills are superb. Lisa examines all sides of an issue.
She makes sure that she has learned everything she can before making a decision. She advocates with grace and knowledge. She has been preparing herself for the job of supervisor by consistently attending meetings, examining current issues in the county, observing and questioning.
She will advocate for the residents of District 1; we will be supported.
