Former U.S. Congressman George Radanovich (CA-19) has announced the release of his new book, “1776 + Genesis 1:28, Using Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) to Fulfill the Cultural Mandate and Finish What the Founders Started.”
This manifesto blends hard science, biblical insight and political strategy to address America’s cultural crisis, proposing ACE reduction as the “keystone habit” to heal families, revive faith and restore freedom in America.
Drawing from Radanovich’s 16 years in Congress and personal journey through loss and spiritual revival, the book argues that the Constitution is brilliant “hardware,” but it needs the “software” of the Cultural Mandate (Genesis 1:28) to endure.
“The Founders gave us the greatest political framework the world had ever seen, but they couldn’t fully articulate the spiritual foundation that makes it work forever,” says Radanovich.
“Reducing childhood trauma, as proven by the 1996 ACE study by the CDC and Kaiser Permanente is the ‘keystone’ issue to rebuild families, reduce the national debt and heal our nation.”
Key highlights include:
• Defining the gold standard of governance for free nations.
• Establishing the Cultural Mandate as the operating system for free nations.
• The Council on Domestic Relations (CDR) as a nonprofit to permeate society’s institutions with ACE awareness.
• Practical seven-year plans for communities.
• Spiritual warfare, deliverance ministry and national atonement as tools for cultural renewal.
At 12,000 words, the book targets Christian conservatives and anyone “seeking revival without rage,” comparable to Eric Metaxas’ Letter to the American Church but with bipartisan trauma science as the catalyst.
It launches amid growing concerns over family breakdown, with 40 percent of children fatherless and belief in God below 50 percent for the first time.
“Reducing ACEs isn’t just therapy — it’s a moral imperative to rebuild our culture and ensure America remains the global standard for all free nations,” Radanovich adds.
The book is available on Amazon KDP (paperback/eBook).
