Clarence DeLouiz, Jr., 83, of Catheys Valley, passed away peacefully on Nov. 5, 2025, in Fresno, Calif.

He was born May 26, 1942, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Clarence and Hilma DeLouiz.

Clarence was a 1960 graduate of Hayward High School where his determination and athleticism led him to become a Golden Gloves champion in bantamweight boxing. He carried that same drive into his career as a skilled steamfitter, earning recognition from the U.S. Navy as Steamfitter of the Month during his years of dedicated service.

Outside of work, Clarence had a lifelong love of cars and motorcycles. He could often be found at drag races or riding his beloved bikes on the open road.

Known for his adventurous spirit and zest for life, Clarence truly lived each day to the fullest.

Clarence is survived by his children, David DeLouiz, Dawn Ramos, Tiffany Gonzales and Vanessa Scott; his siblings, Hilma Realph, Lionel DeLouiz, Leonard DeLouiz and Lynette Norcup; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will continue to carry his memory forward.

He was preceded in death by his son, Darren DeLouiz and his parents, Clarence and Hilma DeLouiz.

Clarence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
